4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to Lace and Lamb. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that we receive your returned item in good condition.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including all tags.
- Include a copy of the original receipt and the return authorization confirmation in the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
